You’ve received a connection postcard from someone who cares about you! One of the activities we offer when we are in the community, like at a conference or resource fair, is to invite people to send a caring contact to someone who is on their mind. And someone was thinking about you!
We collect names and addresses solely for the purpose of sending the Connection Postcards. Afterward, your information will not be used for any other purpose. It will be securely stored during the project and permanently deleted or anonymized afterward.
