Bev Marquez, LPC
President and Chief Executive Officer
As one of the founding members of Metro Crisis Services in 2010, (now Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners) and a Licensed Professional Counselor, Bev has dedicated her career to balancing excellence in crisis care services with a sustainable statewide crisis model for the people of Colorado. Bev likes to say that she “gets to be” the CEO of this incredible organization.

Cheri Skelding, LCSW
Chief Program Officer
Cheri has dedicated her career, heart and soul to crisis services since 2001 as a call center manager, mental health center clinician, a crisis response trainer, and a mental health disaster volunteer. In 2010, Cheri was the first employee hired at Metro Crisis Services (now Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners). Cheri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has the expertise in crisis services to oversee all clinical operations as the Chief Program Officer at RMCP.

Michael H. Allen, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Michael Allen is a practicing psychiatrist and scientist. He is also a Professor of Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine at University of Colorado School of Medicine. In addition, he is the Editor-in-Chief of Colorado Journal of Psychiatry and Psychology. Dr. Allen has been the Medical Director of RMCP since 2014.
