Guiding Principles lead our Efforts

All services should reflect a recovery philosophy and its principles – self-direction, individualized and person centered, empowerment, holistic, non-linear, strengths-based, peer support, respect, responsibility and hope.

There should be no “wrong” doors for accessing these services.

Crisis services must embrace the belief that the crisis experience presents a unique opportunity for individuals and families to connect to life changing treatment and education, regardless of whether it is the first or one of many crises the person or family has endured.

RMCP incorporates a set of values and guiding principles into the foundation of all RMCP services. We are a mission-driven organization, working toward excellence and state-of-the-art Crisis Care

Who Uses RMCP Services

A significant amount of of individuals are already in treatment and needing supplemental support, additional resources and follow-up.

65% of all interactions receive no referral for urgent or non-urgent resources, indicating the individual's needs were fully addressed through RMCP's staff intervention.
