Main Areas of Responsibility
Identify appropriate venues/audiences/strategic relationships for recruiting activities and represent RMCP team enhancement needs (e.g. job fairs, university contacts/events, professional networking)
Develop/implement/maintain public communication strategy around hiring needs (e.g. job posting locations, social media, newsletters, website)
Oversee and facilitate application process for employment candidates (e.g. respond to inquiries, screenings, applicant status tracking, back ground checks, reference checks), coordinate with HR to complete hiring activities (e.g. offer letters)
Schedule and conduct interviews for employment candidates, make recommendations for hire
Facilitate communication with new hires around expectations of training, orientation, first day of work.
Maintain working knowledge, informed by RMCP performance metrics and supervisor input, of schedule template and hiring needs; updating template as needed.
Support agency’s ongoing need and activities around identification of ideal candidates who will thrive in our crisis call center environment. Maintain working knowledge of job duties for RMCP positions.
