Brittany Ward, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Vice President of Finance, HR, and IT for RMCP.
Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business Administration from the University of Florida. Most recently, Brittany earned her PHR, Professional in Human Resources, Certification in July of 2013, and her SHRM – CP, Certified Professional in Human Resources Certification through the Society for Human Resources in January 2015.
Brittany came to RMCP in November 2011 with eight years of experience working in a wide range of capacities including financial management, accounting, human resources, fund management, public relations and technical writing. At RMCP Brittany provides leadership, direction, and execution to the organization on a broad range of business functions including but not limited to finance and accounting, human resources, IT and data management, database and directory management, grant and funding operations, and general administration. Sound and strategic execution and internal processes in these areas serve to establish the legitimacy, sustainability, and growth of the Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners.
